Realty Professionals of America, Inc. (RPA), was formed over thirty years ago as a full-service real estate firm. We used to own the Colorado Century 21 franchise; however, we are now an independent firm. We serve the needs of buyers, sellers and investors by providing the most comprehensive programs available today. Whether you need to sell your home, buy a home, become an investor or merely need questions answered, we are here to provide you with the help you need. We are adept at working with all kinds of individuals to help them meet their real estate goals and objectives.

Meet The Team

Jon Terry - Jon began working with Realty Professionals of America to meet the needs of buyers, sellers and investors by providing the most comprehensive programs available today. Jon was formerly a member of the executive team of LHD Enterprises where he oversaw several departmental functions, including management of the Colorado region and head of the entrepreneurial group, while handling all legal affairs for the company's Colorado, New England and Upstate New York offices. In addition, Jon served as President of Venture Partners LLC, a business incubator and accelerator. In his role as President, Jon consulted with start-up businesses concerning formation and financial issues.

Jon studied at Phillips University where he graduated Summa Cum Laude (Valedictorian) with a quadruple major in English, History, Political Science and Psychology. He minored in German. He then earned his juris doctorate from the prestigious Northwestern School of Law. While Jon attended college, he involved himself in politics and worked as a speechwriter and campaign manager for a candidate of the House of Representatives. Additionally, Jon had the opportunity to write speeches for other high profile political figures.

Jon became a partner in a law firm emphasizing business law, business litigation, domestic relations and employment law. Jon also served as general counsel to several businesses, including a large computer outsourcing and software firm. Jon has assisted several clients in contract negotiations for RFPs. He developed an expertise in converting corporations to LLCs. Jon has represented real estate firms (commercial and residential), two mortgage brokerages, retail stores, trucking companies, a fragrance company and a large furniture store.

Jon has a keen ability to analyze complex situations and come up with creative solutions. Building on his talent, Jon became a licensed real estate broker and assists clients using his core values of integrity, honesty, forthrightness, trustworthiness, loyalty and valor. Jon has become a professional problem solver, and believes that service through humility produces mutual reward.

Daniel Beckerle - Daniel is a Denver native and knows the metropolitan area like the back of his hand. As a result, he is adept at finding properties and knowing the best-kept secrets in terms of neighborhoods and communities. Further, he has an amazing ability to market property as well as help clients find the perfect home. On our team, he is in charge of searching for properties and crafting niche marketing plans. Today, all real estate marketing plans include an Internet strategy, and Daniel knows how to put the Internet to work for you.

Daniel began his professional career in broadcast journalism and holds a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Colorado—Denver. He is well respected for his hard work, commitment to excellence, and diligence, both in his career and avocations. For many years, Daniel taught gymnastics and yoga. He is a true athlete and brings the required level of concentration and “never quit” attitude to real estate. With Daniel on your team, you can be assured you will find the best home, leaving no stone unturned.

Daniel believes that knowledge is power, and he puts the time into doing your homework for you. In addition to his thoroughness, he is extremely service-oriented. Daniel worked in the restaurant industry, both as a waiter and a manager. In these positions, he learned the fine art of meeting and exceeding people’s expectations.

In addition to his academic training and his core competencies, some of Daniel’s strongest skills are working with others and team building. Peter Hecking - Peter was born and raised in Munich, Germany, and he moved to the US in 1990. He has lived in Denver since 1993. Upon graduating from the University of Denver in 1995 with a BA in Business Management emphasizing in the tourism and hospitality industry, he worked domestically and abroad for various hotel, restaurant and food companies.

In 2000, Peter started a construction business concentrating on high-end kitchen remodels, redesign and specialty paint finishes. Beautifying his clients’ homes has been a passion for many years. He now brings the same tenacity to the field of real estate and represents his clients using not only his knowledge of real estate, but also his skills as a home construction expert. He is dedicated to providing personalized service to his clients by attention to detail and innovative practices.

With Peter’s sincere interpersonal skills and dedication, he will make your real estate buying, selling or investment a pleasant experience.

Jonathan Fogleman - Jonathan is from North Carolina and was graduated from East Carolina University with a  Bachelor of Arts in History and Journalism. Capitalizing in his penchant for history, Jonathan leaves no stone unturned.  When he is on your team, he helps you find out everything you need to know so that you feel great about the decisions you have to make. 

Jonathan traveled the world as an Event Planner and has a descerning eye. He is smart, savvy, and has an attention to detail that is unsurpassed in the industry.  Moreover, he knows quality when he sees it and will make sure you get the best deal for your invesment.  

Jonathan prides himself on customer service, a smile, a thank you, and dedication is what you will find when you work with him.   

Kent Lemburg- Since 1991, Kent has had a passion for owning and managing real estate. So, in 2004, he decided to formalize his avocation into a brokerage career. His goal is to expand his knowledge to educate, support and guide his clients with their largest and most valuable investments.

Kent has lived and worked in Colorado for most of his life, and in combination with his varied and diverse experiences, he has extensive real estate knowledge and skill.

After great consideration, he chose to work with Realty Professionals of America. RPA has an expert real estate team, so that we can all collaborate with one another in our projects. The culture of teamwork, in combination with a high level of honesty and ethics, was attractive because it so closely matched his own value set.

Mike Bode - In addition to being a professional real estate broker with Realty Professionals of America, Mike is the founder and managing partner of Meridian Capital Partners, a private equity investment firm operating in Denver. Past work for Meridian Capital Partners centered on small business acquisitions in the $2MM range. As principal of Meridian Capital Partners, Mike has experience working in both the real estate investment and business acquisition investment fields.

Mike is extremely proud of his work on the start-up team of The Community Family Resource Team (CFRT), a grant funded non-profit program serving Adams County’s at-risk-youth and their families. Mike has also been an active duty soldier stationed at Fort Carson, Colorado where he served in the commanding element for several hundred active duty soldiers.

Mike holds a Bachelors of Science degree in Biochemistry from the Shippensburg University of Pennsylvania and has conducted extensive research in the field of polymer chemistry. He is an internationally published author on the topic of molecularly imprinted polymers.

In his private life, Mike is a Certified Mountain Guide with the Appalachian Mountain Club. He is an avid outdoorsman, and enjoys skiing, mountain biking, and SCUBA diving. In addition Mike enjoys traveling across the globe and has lived in both England and Germany.

Mike holds membership in the Denver Metro Chamber of Commerce, National Association of Realtors and The Colorado GLBT Community Center Board of Directors.

Armond Azharian - Armond has lived in Colorado since 1965.  He began his real estate career in 1968.  Since then, he has bought, sold, and held millions of dollars of real estate.  He is the true test of How to Become a Millionaire in Real Estate.

During his career, he successfully owned, operated and sold numerous start-up businesses.  His passion and success continues to be real estate.  He has taught his success to many brokers and clients, and they are successful today and thankful for the knowledge they have received from Armond. 

He has one daughter, Christina, who has followed in in footsteps in real estate.  There are many others for whom he represents the "pen-ultimate" mentor and advisor. 

He is the creator of Realty Professionals of America, Inc., and a member of DBR, NAR, MHE, CRE, EMS, and the National Council of Exchangors.
